1. What currency are your prices in?

All prices on Graboz are listed in USD (United States Dollar).

2. When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process your order within 4–7 business days. After it’s shipped, delivery usually takes 15–21 days, depending on your location.
Good news: We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders!
Once your package is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number.
If you don’t receive tracking info within 7 business days, just reach out to grabozshop@gmail.com.

3. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

Yes! If your item is damaged or defective, you’re eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee.
You can return it within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost, and once we receive the product, we’ll process your full refund.
Include your order number and name in the return package.
Note: If your order is still in transit, please wait for delivery before initiating a return.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process for a refund.

5. I entered the wrong address—what should I do?

Please contact us at grabozshop@gmail.com or reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing the order.
We’ll try to update the address before it’s shipped.
After 24 hours, we can’t make changes and we won’t be able to issue a refund for address errors.

6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination. On average, orders are delivered within 7–25 business days.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
You can use it to monitor your package online.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to appear.

International shipping is FREE, and delivery times vary by location.
